Started her show career in halter and under saddle July 2009!!  Showed well in sport horse in hand at community show (unable to be placed in class since shown by trainer) and ribbons under saddle.  Shipped well, happy and quiet in stall - a great first experience for her. 

Beautiful long, archy neck; athletic and very smart!   Groundwork completed and intermediate under saddle - just needs to be finishing for showing.  She looks like she'll make a great hunter or show hack horse, and should do well in sporthorse. 

Very bright chestnut, 4 short socks, tiny star on forehead.

Lotus Petrena, now age 4

Show filly: March 2005 filly by US National Champion *Petrus Carol out of US and Canadian Top Ten DR Sarena Bey+.  This is Sarena's last foal. 

Now 4, she's ready to be put back into training.  She has a beautiful typey head, lots of body and substance but still very feminine.  Very nice show filly. Tall and stretchy, a great people-loving personality.  Beautiful large eyes well set on head, great tail carriage, straight legs, a good mind.

Her dam has already produced a Regional Champion Yearling Sweepstakes Filly; a mare with 4 Regional Top Fives in Hunter Pleasure ATR, Walk Trot and Western Pleasure; and a halter and performance champion son who also has 2 Regional Top Tens in Sweepstakes.  An older full sister to Petrena was exported to Ecuador, and her daughter was the National Champion Mare of Ecuador at age 2!! 

Petrena's 3/4 sister has produced the stunning Aria Monaco.  We're thrilled with how well Aria Monaco has done at Scottsdale!  As a yearling, he received a 1st, a 2nd and a 4th to end up 2nd overall in a fabulous class of yearling colts.  Monaco is a grandson of our late US Top Ten DR Sarena Bey+.  Many congratulations to Aria Arabians on his huge win.  He's a gorgeous colt with a very bright future.  Photos of him on the home page.
